You have an amazing vision, but your product is maybe not living up to that. Or you have decided to pull the trigger and follow your dream by opening your own brewery but need some professional guidance along the way. Either way, we can help.

We will be the first to admit that we do not have all the answers. We are not necessarily the people to contact if you have detailed problems with calibrating your centrifuge (even though we probably could). We work with small Craft Brewers with big Craft Visions. We like to start small, in the foundation, so that once you do decide to go big, you have the right pieces in place and the right foundation to build on. We are not afraid of your centrifuge, we just want to make sure you have great processes in place before you ever commit to that kind of investment.

Contact us for a free initial consultation. We can email to start, but a phone call or personal meeting is preferred along the way. Let us know what you are working on, what you hope to achieve and what you would like us to help you improve. After we spend a little time getting to know each other and what we are looking to achieve together, we can evaluate our plan of going forward. And it doesn't cost you anything.

Assuming we come to an agreement that we would like to work together, here is how we start things off. Give us a list of the things you would like us to work on. As mentioned in our Services section, we can offer assistance in a wide variety of facilitating different objectives.

Depending on the nature of the involvement we have different pricing structures for different duties.

The Bonus Round: We are a husband and wife team that has built our own brewery, has worked in the the Craft Brewing Industry for over a decade and has been involved with start ups and refining existing breweries for many years. Most brewing consultants charge an industry standard for their service - typically one person at a flat rate. Because we pretty much go everywhere together, you get the bonus of having two for one. Eleanor was our Brewmaster for the first many years of our brewery and Randy was Head Brewer at the same time. Our rates are industry standard, but you get twice the bang for the buck. Two different sets of eyes looking at things with different perspectives. The work you receive is comprehensive and well thought out.
